At Winstone France Limited we pride ourselves on being friendly, accessible and providing practical taxation and business advice helping clients reach their goals.

We have a dynamic client base in a broad range of industries and the extent of referrals from existing clients is testament to the service and value they receive.

Our accounting services include structuring advice, tax planning and compliance work, software solutions and financial statement preparation.


In addition to commercial operations, we assist clients with management of their personal tax, partnership, trust & estate arrangements.

Neil France is a Chartered Accountant who has been practicing for over 30 years, 20 of which were running our predecessor firm. Neil represents clients in a variety of sectors, from professional and medical services through to construction, manufacturing and property development. Outside of work Neil is supported by a loving family and more recently is spending time doting on grandchildren. 

Jeremy Winstone became a director in 2014, before a move to Wakatipu in 2022 which has seen him head up Winstone France's Arrowtown branch.  He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has a diverse range of clients representing sectors such as commercial and residential property, trades, professional and manufacturing services. Outside of work, Jeremy and his wife Rachel are blessed with two school aged boys, and spend as much time as possible riding the local bike trails, near a river or in the mountains. 

Dan Larsen joined the Winstone France team in 2015 and became a director in 2022 to head up the business planning and development team.  He qualified as a Chartered Accountant at a Big Four firm before working in industry, including managing large property portfolios in the Netherlands and UK for a UK FTSE 250 listed company.  He has a well-rounded understanding of business not only from the outside but the inside too.  This has driven his passion to work with business owners to clarify what success looks like for them, help create a plan, set actions and provide accountability to ensure they reach their desired outcomes.


Dan loves the outdoors, where you will find him in the hills or near a lake with his wife and young son.  He loves to run and ride, including training for and competing in the Tour of New Zealand Charity cycling race.
